This site provides you the ability to apply for a visa on line. By using this
site you signify your agreement to the terms, conditions and notices of this
policy.
Violating this policy grants us the authority to take action to restrict or
terminate your access to our services. We reserve the right, at our discretion,
to update or revise this policy. Please check back periodically to review any

Disclaimer of Warranties
As the industry professionals with over 30 years of Foreign
Service and international travel experience, we will exhaust every effort to
obtain your travel visa in time for your travel abroad. Unfortunately, however,
there may be circumstances and unavoidable delays that are beyond our control.
Unexpected or unannounced Embassy or Consulate closures, inclement weather
conditions or computer system shutdowns are just a few examples of
circumstances that can delay the processing or the delivery of your
documentation.
The country entry requirements for passports and visas and
related information are established by sovereign nations and are subject to
change without notice. While G3 Visas & Passports strives to provide current and
complete information, G3 Visas & Passports cannot and does not guarantee that the
information supplied is the most current and complete.
In engaging G3 Visas & Passports it is acknowledged and agreed by
the customer that G3 Visas & Passports cannot and does not accept responsibility
for any loss of or damage to customer’s passport, visas or other documents
while in possession of third parties other than G3 Visas & Passports including
but not limited to courier services, delivery services, postal services, or any
Embassies or Consulate offices, or any expenses losses of other damages of any
kind incurred by anyone as a result of or damage to such documents.
Furthermore, it is agreed that the sole remedy against G3 Visas & Passports for
damages in connection with the failure to obtain a requested visa, passport, or
any other travel related document from a consular post of a foreign government,
shall be the return of the service fee charged.
While we carefully check the accuracy of all travel related
documents released by Consulates before they are returned to the clients based
on the information they provided, it is ultimately applicants’ responsibility
to ensure that their visas are correct and complete.
When visas are required they are necessary entry documents, but
they do not guarantee entry into a foreign country. Immigration Officers at the
point of entry abroad will review visas and/or other documents and make the
final determination as to whether entry will be permitted, the purpose of entry
and the length of stay.
Embassy/Consulate officials have the right to request additional
documentation at their discretion in order to issue a visa. The Consulate
is the ultimate issuing authority for all visas, therefore Generations Visa Service will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial
and other losses due to inaccuracies, denial or delay in visa processing. Visa
applications may be rejected due to incomplete forms, improper photos or even
false or incorrect information provided by the traveler and are subject to
losing the fees paid to that Embassy/Consulate. In the case where a visa
application has been rejected due to any of the above reasons, and not due to
any misrepresentation on the part of G3 Visas & Passports, the service fee will
also be non refundable. If the order is canceled during processing, a
cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee will apply per person. If for any
reason you wish to cancel a service before your passport and other supporting
documents were received by G3 Visas & Passports you can do so without any
penalties or charges by notifying Customer Service Department. You will receive
a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service and for return
shipping (if prepaid).
Service and shipping fees will be charged upfront upon
completion of online verification. All fees are per person, per visa or
application, except the $ 20.00 overnight shipping/handling fee, which is per 8
oz., weekday delivery to a continental U.S. address (for Saturday delivery, add
an additional $16.00 to the shipping). These shipping fees are not applicable
when we utilize your pre-addressed return air bill showing billing to your
account.
The G3 Visas & Passports fee paid and agreed to is non-binding and
is valid only if you allow the specified processing time and the documents
received are in order. This also presumes that if additional documentation must
be submitted after receipt of original request, “Regular” processing time may
become “Express” and “Express” may become “Rush”. In these cases additional
fees will apply. We will personally contact each traveler if additional
documents are required before processing of the request can take place.
All costs, including Consular and shipping fees can be charged
to any credit card, without incurring any additional G3 Visas & Passports fees
outside the fees associated with orders.
